About the Programme
Seminar Objectives:

Today, there are many risks that may threaten an organization by disrupting business processes. Key risk sources are:
  •        People: -in terms of terrorism, kidnapping, pandemics, etc
  •        Today's trends: -in terms of downsizing, globalization, etc
  •        Technological: -in terms of power, communication, IT, Green earth etc
  •        Business Environment: -in terms of suppliers, insurance, etc

These risks threaten disruption of Business process.
In order to maintain continuity of business, organizations need to review effects of such disasters through following criteria:

  •         Economics:  -measuring effects of losses
  •         PR needs of organization: -building brand and reputation
  •        Customer perception: - short term and long term
  •        Regulations and legal requirements.
Business Continuity Management (BCM) is system approach based on good practices of organizations irrespective of their size or nature of business. It is integrated approach to Business Continuity Planning.
